Hello ramansingh777,
I think your action is not generate from the rig which create the OA. The OA and action need to be created from the same rig.

Best regard, Yeah i have created the action from the same rig. which i have used for the creation of OA. i like to mention that i am using the rig system which i have created in mgear rigging plugin for maya. These are the scrrenshots of my rig system . please tell me wheather i have to make changes in my rig. Attachments:

I checked your file and this is the result: 1. the rig_which_i_used.mb and file_for_action.mb contains bone number is 244. 2. the OA_File contain a skeleton contain 243 joints
I guess there are some issue between your different skeletons.

The issue maybe from your OA_File.mb, there are only 243 bones, while the other files contains 244 bones. thx for the video . i have done exactly the same . but problem is when i apply action of my animation i am sending you skelton of my animation . so please help me with that.
