Hi, I've been playing around with your sample characters/actions just fine but i've tried bringing in a character from Mixamo and i'm having issues with playback of the animations I have converted into actions. I have done the OA creation with Mixamo's 'Maynard' character and then created actions out of several animations. I don't know what i'm doing wrong but on playback the agent is being crushed. I feel like i've followed all the instructions....so i'm hoping you've seen this issue before and can help me. thanks! Attachments:

Thank you for your testing! I think the Animation and the Skeleton are not in the same bone structure. The solution: The mixamo has a merge feature which you can merge your character to any motion, then export the animated character. Then use the exported animation and the identical character to build your crowd scene. I think I found the problem. I have downloaded the Mixamo animations with a different character selected. I went back and set the character to the same as my agent - the 'Maynard' character - and downloaded the animations again. It worked this time.
The rigs between these characters are the same but evidentally (and I supposed obviously) the size/positioning of the bones vary. Would there be any way to convert animation between the characters so I would be able to download animations on the generic Mixamo character, but apply it to others? If the rigs are the same, it would just be a case of adjusting the position of each bone to match that of my character/agent. A tool like this would be very helpful.
