Weights in group are not being considered

I created a group in the Transmap called "Daily2", having different walk actions. I had a weight of 100 to the normal and when the simulation was playback it was like if nothing happened. 
 Also, I have the logic to select and play and the noise. As well, follow road path and avoidance. Does this has to do with a priority problem?
