Problem connecting to 3DS Max

Hello, 
I am evaluating the software for converting animation from different rig types.
I installed AnimCraft (3DS Max was closed).
However, I do not have the AnimCraft toolbar in 3DS.
Also, when I click the 3DS Max button to export an animation from AnimCraft to 3DS Max, no animation is transferred.
Please advise - thank you!
