Hi everyone, sorry if this is a stupid question but I am very new to Miarmy. I have a whole series of animals, such as a rat, horse, cat. etc. Most of them have a lot of different animations attached to it. However, they are usually just in the 'normal' standing position (i.e. on 4 legs). If I want to import them as an original agent, do I first need to put them into a T-pose? Thanks for your help

Hello bartellenbroek,
Thank you very much for testing our tools!
No, you don't have to make it all T-pose. Stand pose is perfect.
You'd better create Original Agent with a "rest" pose which clear all controller translate/rotate 0. That will be make it easier if you transfer skin weight from Rig > OA.
Cheers! --Yeah

Thanks Yeah, And a happy new year to you all (though I guess your new year will only start in a fee weeks). I am working on the skeleton of a rat now, but it seems the adjustment of the bounding boxes is a bit more difficult than a normal biped. Are there any examples online on quadrupeds? And how crucial is it to have the boxes exactly fit the shape. Thanks
Bart

Hello Bart, Happy new year! There are some tutorials about the original agent: basefount.atlassian.net/wiki/display/MDE/Video+Tutorials002 Original Agent 003 Refine OA You could only translate/rotate/scale the bone-shape, and please do not adjust the point of these boxes. Roughly matching the shapes between original agent and character geometry can get many benifits later Best, --Yeah
