Hey Guys
I'm having this issue where, when i import the miarmy scene in to a lighting scene, it is giving a red line error "m_a5_proc not installed". But, when import the lighting scene in to the scene which has miarmy contents, it is rendering. This is just a temporary solution, but this is causing a lot of delay in my project. Please help me out on this.
thanks

That seems like your arnold dll procedual not loaded correctly. This should be setup in Render Settings > Arnold > DSO Path. And then when you export render scene data, this dso path should be copied to arnold settings: cheers, -Yeah

The mtoa versions I see are 1.2.0 1.3.0 and 1.4.0

Hello jjjo,
I'm sorry about that the Mac version not support arnold procedural very well. We can configure and make it correct next Monday.
We'll keep you posted.
Cheers, Yeah

Thanks Yeah, that would be amazing! I am upgrading os to Mojave now, but expecting to have the same issue. I love working with Miarmy so far, but rendering issues have been very frustrating...

Ahhh a new problem after installing Mojave; when loading scenes get # Error: NameError: file <maya console> line 1: name 'placementAgent' is not defined when trying to place agents along with previous error "m_a5_proc not installed"!

If the "placementAgent" error, it seems your Miarmy not intalled correct, so Maya cannot find the scripts. Would you please check the 4th step of this doc: basefount.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MDE/pages/524318/Mac+OSXCheers, Yeah Ahhh a new problem after installing Mojave; when loading scenes get # Error: NameError: file <maya console> line 1: name 'placementAgent' is not defined when trying to place agents along with previous error "m_a5_proc not installed"!
