This need to setup the IK and IK lockers on the foot. Is that possible share the scene file with us, we can help check and setup for you.

Hello Yeah, I'm having a similar problem, after I've set up the IK system and IK Lock, the Agent isn't floating to the top of the bound anymore, but its not sticking to my stairs either (they walk right through them). I tried exporting the stair Geo as an alembic and using that, but still seems to be a problem. Do I have to do something with the stairs terrain because it is "complex"? Agents work fine on a planeGeo with points pulled, but sharp geometry changes seam to break the system. hmm interesting, my OA works with your stairs in your file. I'll take a closer look at my test file and see whats happening. Thank you Yeah.

You're welcome, thank you for your feedback, The terrain is better to be 1 layered geometry and freeze transformation.
