Hi, I've been testing MiarmyExpress with a very simple cube animation and wish to render with Redshift proxy. But got the following error. Here's a screenshot of the scene drive.google.com/file/d/1jg7Eh0gWdPU_3auSWQb5hm-p3xjDCpTa/view?usp=sharingRender just abort and Maya need to be restarted. Here's my version info. Maya 2018.4 MiarmyExpress 7.2.02 Redshfit 2.6.41 Thank you very much. Miran

Hey Yeah,
Thank you very much That works perfectly! I should have gone through those doc more carefully.
However, I do have another question. 1. If I export only "McdRSProxy" node will works on other machines? Or it does need other dependencies? 2. MiarmyExpress doesn't limit 100 Agents any more but limit the number of frames? Cheers, Mirin

Thank you for your testing. 1. The other machines need to install Miarmy Express to render it. 2. Yes, we limit the render frame instead of 100 agents now. Note: render McdRSProxy won't be blocked by frame limit in Miarmy Express. With this method, you can test the entire pipeline and scalability without Miarmy Pro. Hi Yeah, As I go along, I have questions. 1. Does randomized texture support UDIM? 2. Can we offset caches output to start on a different frame? The reason is all shot start at 1001. If we do a long take simulation and plan to reuse those in several shots for continuity, we need to offset those simulation to match each shot.
Thank you Cheers,
Mirin

Hello Mirin, Thank you for your testing, 1. I think it support udim, if not please let me know we'll check for your. 2. Yes, in Miarmy > Miarmy Global > Solver Options > Start Time. (BTW, you can also check the render from frame 1001 to 1010) Cheers, Yeah Hi Yeah, As I go along, I have questions. 1. Does randomized texture support UDIM? 2. Hi Yeah, Thank you. UDIM seems to work. Just need a naming convention _1, _2 at the end of the UDIM pattern. For the license, is there any option for perpetual license like it used to be? Cheers, Mirin

Hello Mirin, Thank you very much for your testing and reply! Ah~ basically there isn't perpetual license. However, based on some of our recent experience and clients needs, I think we can provide the perpertual license. And the the perpertual license may be 150% price compare with annual subscription. Some scheme like other 3d applications. We can talk more about this through email if you would like to obtain that. Best, Yeah Hi Yeah, Thank you. UDIM seems to work.
