I've gotten Miarmy to render with Mental Ray just yesterday, but now today when I attempt to render my scenes, I just get black frames. The error message I get in the render preview claims that it cannot open "FileExtension.XXXXXXXXXXXX.iff" I've made sure that my Geo is in the Agents Geo group, bounding box and rig is in the Agent, etc. What could I be doing wrong that is leading me to this issue? Thanks in advance!

I've tried everything I could at this point. I even had Basefount take a look at my file with a video explanation, and I still arrive to black frame renders despite being able to see exactly what i need in the preview render. It's gotten to be frustrating to the point where I have to put it down and walk away.
