Hey Guys
I am constantly getting this error whenever I try to send my active geometry to my Original Agent
"Only Support Smooth Skin Cluster, Skip: Geometry Casual"
I use the "Import standard Bone tree" option in Miarmy and then skin the character to my rig using the Skin > Bind Skin > Smooth option in Maya. I am not sure if this is the right approach to use.
Because of this I am unable to complete a large scale scene I am required to produce and thus am becoming increasingly frustrated.
There might have been a a step I missed but I have redone the whole scene multiple times, and followed numerous tutorials but to no avail.
Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Hi yeah i downloaded the latest version and tried render again. no luck, still get the empty scene warning. out of curiosity i tested one of the sample files (ancient battle). and this render also came out empty. this is the warning i got: # Error: line 0: UnboundLocalError: file C:\Program Files\Basefount\Miarmy\maya\scripts\McdRenderVRFunctions.py line 522: local variable 'globalNode' referenced before assignment #
was also wondering, which version of vray am i able to use together with miarmy ? my version is 2.30

Hello Andrew, Would you please try to follow our tutorial, when you click Miarmy > Render > V-Ray > Setup Current Frame, there will be a locator created which name is "McdVRayInfoHost" And if there is this node in scene, our system won't prompt your error any more. I hope this is helpful, Cheers! --Yeah Hi yeah i downloaded the latest version and tried render again. no luck, still get the empty scene warning. out of curiosity i tested one of the sample files (ancient battle). and this render also came out empty. this is the warning i got: # Error: line 0: UnboundLocalError: file C:\Program Files\Basefount\Miarmy\maya\scripts\McdRenderVRFunctions.py line 522: local variable 'globalNode' referenced before assignment # was also wondering, which version of vray am i able to use together with miarmy ? my version is 2.30

Hi Yeah sorry for the inconvenience after watching the tutorial today i learned that i had forgotten the first step, copying the vrayGeom dll file to the vrayplugin folder. this did the trick and the rendering is working great. thanks andrew.
