I created a vast setup using Miarmy which involved detailed logics and dynamics. I used range mesh to place agents in a specific pattern. Now after everything is done, when doing mesh drive, the geometries are not being created. I had to track back several versions of the file, find one where it works and breakdown the action and try Mesh drive again and again for each action and this is what I finally found: When I use Range Mesh placement, Mesh Drive doesn't work! We are working on a deadline and there is a lot of pressure on me to deliver (My job is at stake). So, I need as much quick replies and solutions from you as possible till I get over with this. Thank you in advance. We have done some trials a few months back with range mesh which actually worked well. Reopening that old file and doing Mesh Drive seems to be working properly. I did the range mesh in bare necessary Miarmy setup and still the issue persist. I will attach these files along, as I cannot attach the actual setup since it is in production. Please see through it and get back as soon as possible. Hello varunfirefly, Your problem seems nothing to do with the "range mesh" Because the meshes in Geometry_loco, not bind correctly onto bones of Original Agent Please see below image, When I move the bone of original agent, the geometry is not move. After setup ok, mesh drive will works fine I tested it and this is the render result: Cheers! --Yeah I created a vast setup using Miarmy which involved detailed logics and dynamics. Oh my god! This is bad! I think the work pressure got to me... It didn't occur to me to check that because point placement seems to work fine. I will give it a try and get back to you. Thank you so much. Your quick reply is much appreciated.

Hi Yang, I remember testing the skinning once I started with the setup. So, I tried out some stuff in my existing files and this is where the problem seems to be. In the attached files, 'ForBasefount2V01Before' (I deleted all other meshes relevant to our project), the skinning is proper and everything seems intact. Then I did the following: 1) pPanel1, Freeze transform 2) pPanel1, Delete all history 3) select McdPlace0, selct pPlane1 4) Attach Range Mesh 5) McdPlace0, PlaceType - Polygon Saved 'ForBasefount2V01After' after doing these, which is attached along. And the characters are not skinned to the bones anymore. I tried other placement methods too, formation, texture based, etc. This 'seems' to happen in all the case. Please do look into it and reply soon. I am already due by 1 day for the Deadline. I tested exactly as you descriptions. and everything is all right. Would you please download the file at here: drive.google.com/file/d/0B2PLEY5qC5zkeWR5YWllOEl5TVU/view?usp=sharingAnd I believe you have something unusual extra steps when "Delete all history". And mistook delete the skin weight. maybe. Cheers! --Yeah Hi Yang, I remember testing the skinning once I started with the setup.
