Learn both decide yourself,Massive its a very expensive software, in the long run will fade, more crowd solutions are coming from Miarmy to Goalem,Houdini(still slow as hell but with connection to solvers),and i see some in house things with Fabric engine(fast and impressive).
Massive have a clunky interface, unfriendly and too fucking old, still big houses use it,but imho its on his way out,the development its close to 0,and for that money i find it a deal breaker, still you can find lots of jobs if you learn Massive, but i feel it will die like Xsi,same story,no development=dead.
Still it handles clothes, fur very well, among other things.
