Hi. I've very recently come across a problem where my agents would not collide with the terrain. This is in scenes where previously there was no problem and nothing has really changed. When it happens, I can only fix it by unloading the miarmy plugin and loading it again. After a lot of messing around with driver settings I am now able to get them to collide by ONLY the first time I run a simulation, if I run it a second time, they pass through the terrain (needing me to unload/reload the plugin again). I have tried remarking the terrain and using the default terrain but I get the same results...also before I messed with the driver settings, on all but the most simple and small agent placements, even the first time if I recorded an agent cache they would still fall through the terrain (now the first time anyway I can record the cache)

Hello jamesjohn,
This is a strange issue, and we never meet this before these years. May I ask have you tried your scene in other machines?? Because we need first find out whether is it caused by your machine or scene setup. If the other machine is fine, it should indicate your machine has some problem, if another machine still has same issue, it should be the problem from your scene setup.
Cheers! --Yeah

Hi Yeah. I just tested on a different machine and the same thing happens. I think it is related to one file in particular, though when this issue happens, it happens on ALL scenes I open that have dynamics until I unload/reload the plugin. I can send you the file if you wish

Hello Jamesjohn, Sorry about this issue. Oh yes, would you please send it to "info@basefount.com", we'll keep your scene file in a strict safe environment. Best regards! --Yeah Hi Yeah. (I think the image I attach doesn't disclose your scene setup, and they're just some technical issues. If you think this is not ok, I'll remove the picture) There are some issues in your scene, please notice there are 5 parts of in above image: 1. There are a lot of trash nodes, and they should be eliminated. After deleting them all, you need to re-click "Miarmy Ready" 2. (Important) the root bone must have some volume to hold the mass/density weight 3. Disabled the hand simulation for tremendously decrease the difficulty of setup 4. Adjusted some dynamic parameters. 5. Simulation is OK. I hope this is helpful. I only did all change on "Boy1" but for the rest of agents, they need to do the same setup of Step 2. By the way, I notice you're using the older version of "Brain Share", our new one will be much easier to setup, which you can find the tutorial in: No. 32 basefount.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MDE/pages/71401473/Simple+TutorialsCheers! --Yeah
